When choosing a place for a mirror either decorative or mirrored wall always stop and think what it’s going to reflect. A window, adding more light or “another window” per say. You don’t need two kitchens or a view of the toilet in your powder room. With many new homes with giant great rooms and tall fireplace mantels, people will place a mirror above the mantel. That’s ok, as long as it reflects the persons face fully not just the top of your head. Take care when using full length dressing mirrors in bedrooms. You don’t want to get up in the middle of the night and startle yourself with the reflection. That’s bad Feng Shui.
